Did you know that Google is connected with Esperanza? They gave a $2 million grant to UnidosUS, the largest Hispanic advocacy and civil rights organization in America. Google and UnidosUS noticed the lack of Latinos in the tech industry in the United States, and they wanted to do something about it!

Ms. Heineman's Trip to South Africa

Ms. Tammie Heineman spent the summer with great white sharks in South Africa. Her experience allowed her to go cage-diving, take tourists out to see the sharks, and also conduct important research about these beautiful creatures.
