Drawing and AP Art students are going to have their work displayed at the Woodmere Art Museum at 9201 Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. The artwork will be on display from November 3rd to December 16th and there will be a reception on December 9th. After the exhibit at the art museum, the artwork will be delivered to people in hospitals in order to brighten their holidays. The artwork is currently on display in Esperanza’s hallways. The following students have created books for the exhibit: Kahmara Beckford, Bryanna Burgos, Ashanti Campbell, Jamilex Cruz, Jabdiel Duprey-Velazquez, Melissa Ferreira-Estevez, Keila Jaquez, Alexander Latimer, Carlos Maldonado-Rivera, Ashley Ostiguin, and Herlin Reinoso-Lopez. The following students have created carborundum prints for the exhibit: Alexander Garcia, Angel Natal, Syahra Pineda, and Jose Torres-Reyes. Kudos to all of these students for their hard work and their ability to make it into a museum.
